These should be paid attention to in the process of using the mold temperature machine.
There are two main power-consuming components of the mold temperature machine, one is the circulation pump, and the other is the electric heating tube. The mold temperature machine only consumes more power during the previous heating process, because the higher heat of the alloy brought into the mold will cause the die casting mold temperature to rise, so in the later normal production, the heating part of the mold temperature machine only plays a role in temperature regulation. Not always in the heated state but in the state of heat preservation or cooling.
When the mold temperature machine is running normally, the circulating pump is always in working state, and its power consumption per hour is the pump power. For example, the working power of the pump is 1KW, and its power consumption is 1Kw/h. The electric heating tube is not always working. In the later stage of maintaining constant temperature, the power consumption is the heating power of the electric heating tube. The power consumption is between 1/3~2/3 of the electric heating tube power. If economically allowed, it is recommended that the electric heating tube be controlled by thyristor, which can control the power consumption to a small level.
In addition, the frequent pull-in of the contactor of the mold temperature machine may cause the contactor to be stuck and cause constant heating. It may be recommended to use a solid-state relay or thyristor control. As for causing fire, it depends on whether the die-casting mold temperature machine manufacturer has made over-temperature protection measures, such as the use of over-temperature protection. After the set temperature is exceeded, the whole machine is powered off to reduce the possibility of fire.

Maintenance of mold temperature machine
1. After purchasing a new mold temperature machine, please check whether the cooling water is circulating before use to prevent damage to the mold temperature machine due to insufficient cooling water. We must keep the working environment of the mold temperature machine clean and avoid dust, which can greatly extend the service life of the electrical components of the mold temperature machine.
2. For the new mold temperature machine, we need to make different maintenance measures according to the heat conduction medium used. If the medium is water, we must keep the water source clean, so that it is not easy to scale, and it can also prevent the pipeline from being blocked. If the medium is oil, we need to replace it regularly according to the temperature of use. For the temperature above 200 ℃, we need to replace it once a month or two, and below 200 ℃, we can replace it once a quarter, so it is very easy to avoid The problem that the temperature cannot be increased.
3. In terms of piping, we need to judge whether the piping is clogged according to the relationship between pump and pressure. If the pressure is too low, we can take out the heating pipe and clean it with tools, especially the filter mesh at the entrance of the system Cover, clean once a month.
4. Regularly check the mold temperature machine water pump and oil pump for oil leakage. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can also be replaced regularly.
5. On electrical components, we can replace them in time according to the service life of the components and test them regularly to ensure safety.
